I'm not completely sure how, but I seem to have killed Growl. Pretty
badly too. I've tried removing and reinstalling it but even that
won't cure it.

I am trying to get our program to work with growl notifications and
there seems to be some problem with application registration. At this
point, growl seems to install properly when i start using Adium, but
it doesn't work after that. If I look at Growl preferences in the
system preferences dialog, it all seems to work except for the
applications tab. Clicking on the applications tab causes system
preferences to lock up. The applications dialog is never shown and I
must use "force quit" to kill system preferences.

I assume that something in my application was set wrong and it set
something wrong in some growl settings file. If someone knows where
the registered applications information is kept, I could remove it and
send a copy of it you folks. I assume that this would be considered a
bug, it's not much of a feature.

Thanks,

Dan Grubbs
