Try this:

1. Click on the Applications tab.
2. Launch Activity Monitor.
3. Select System Preferences in Activity Monitor's list.
4. Click “Sample Process”.

It's in this folder:

        (Your Home folder)
                Library
                        Application Support
                                Growl
                                        Tickets

You can just zip up that whole folder and send it to us. If you put it  
in the Files area, make sure you name it something distinctive.
