Hm, you're right. I thought that that would work.
Please zip it up, give the archive a distinctive name, post it in the
Files area on the group, and tell us the name you gave it. The Files

The procedure to remove Growl is shown in the video that you mentioned
before.
To remove GrowlMail:
1. Throw the mailbundle in the Trash.
2. Quit Mail.
3. Empty the Trash.
Furthermore, to disable mail bundles (the GrowlMail Installer package
enables them):
