This is fundamentally impossible with the Mac OS X battery icons. The originals are black, and Viktor made them white. This looks great in Smoke, but would be invisible in Candybars. Conversely, the originals would look at least good in Candybars, but be nearly invisible in Smoke. In fact, for this reason, I'll go close that wishlist bug as wontfix.
