hi - while i am sure that the product is wonderful, i just do not want it on my mac (OS X, 10.4.11). i thought that i uninstalled it completely, but i continue to receive "update" and "download" pop ups - i don't want this to keep happening. it's annoying and intrusive. the video and instructions on how to remove it do not help, as i do not have any of growl features they say to uninstall - i only appear to have Growl.prefPane, which is currently sitting in my trash, and which i am unable to empty (the growl file will not empty). please tell me what to do, next steps to get this application off of my machine. thank you
