Yes, I use several other apps that use Growl and Thunderbird is the
only doing this and is the only that has ever done this.  If I disable
Growl or uninstall Growl, the message doesn't pop up.  It is acting
like the lil file that gets downloaded and ran is somehow getting
removed whenever Thunderbird is closed.  I thought it was just a
messed up preference file or something, so I cleared all of those out
for both Growl and Thunderbird so they would be created again from
scratch and no luck.  Even did a complete uninstall of everything for
both Growl and Thunderbird and then installed them again and it still
happens.
