This is, to my knowledge, the only Growl-related item in their Votebox:

Yours is tangentially related, since Dropbox installed an old (and will, in an
upcoming version, install a modified old) version of Growl.
Even so, you may prefer to suggest a new Votebox item through the field on the
category index (you'd want the same category, “Dropbox Desktop Application”, as
that one).
