This group is for Growl on the Mac (which is a separate entity from
Growl for Windows), so you will have probably have better luck over

That said, I am the developer of Growl for Windows and my notify.io
streams have also been broken. I contacted the developer of notify.io
and he confirmed that the streaming service was shutdown last Friday.
He said he plans to get it fixed, but there is no time frame at the
moment.
