I'm not going to complain here, but I wanted to share my experience: 1. it was completely unclear if installing from MAS has to be done before uninstalling 1.2.2 or not
2. I have tried both ways and ran into various issues. At the end of the process I'm still not sure what's running on my system. Every combination I've tried resulted in completely different results. 3. The behavior in Growl 1.3 is, to say the least, weird: - applications that show up in Growl's list are not able to display messages - applications that do *not* show up in Growl's list are displaying messages (I have no means to disable them) 4. growlnotify doesn't work reliably anymore. 5. After a couple of days of trying to figure out what's wrong, I've decided to go back to using 1.2.2 and wait for un upgrade.
