That's because 1.2.2 is gone now.

No, Growl is now an application. We've already been simplifying a lot of our
codebase due to this change, and we'll continue to do this. Just today
another 10 lines of code were replaced by 2 lines of code that work better
due to this change. That shouldn't matter to you really, just more
explaining one of the reasons why. :)
