I have also noticed some strange behaviour in Growl 1.3 with styles
becoming duplicated and showing messages that do not reflect the
current settings. I am using the Prowl plugin and it is not currently
working with Transmission correctly. Also on a side note, I have found
that Spotify and Sparrow are not currently working with 1.3
