Rudy: Sorry to keep pointing this out, but the problem is that with 1.2 removed and (according the the app store) Growl 1.3.1 installed, there is no evidence of Growl.app ANYWHERE on computer. Since App Store thinks it is installed, there is no way to reinstall, and since it is not visible (wherever it might be) it cannot be uninstalled.
