Growl 1.3 from the AppStore does not seem to be working. Under LoginItems under Mac Preferences I see Growl checked off, but for GrowlHelperApp it says unknown with an exclamation point next to it rather than the word Application like the others. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the App store but same. I'm on Lion.
It's unfortunate that it has always been free and the second they charge the second it stops working.
