I just updated Growl from 1.3.1 to 1.3.2 (at the App store) and I can no longer access the settings window. When I start Growl, no program icon appears in the menu bar or the dock and no program window opens. I also updated Hardware Growler to 1.3.1 (at the App store) and it seems to be working ok.
