Beside that fact, that the OP should learn a little about Netiquette, I would like to stress, that I personally like that format. Yes – the format it is quite old, but mail is THE standard that survived nearly 40 years. And mail is the base that everyone has. (I do not know Discord, but every service that I know, requires an email to register).
Additionally I can search and retrieve messages from my mail account and/or google groups that are more than 20 years old. This is a very valuable knowledge archive. Please show me any other messaging system that can do that. I appreciate that I get support here for free. In return, I'll bring some patience with me. The only thing that I miss, is a differentiation between programming languages.
