I do have seeping from around the seals, so would be a good idea... Problem is that I havent got the Factory engine manual... therefore havent got the correct torque settings to put it back together properly... sucks really!! may be a good time to get the GSR off the road for a week or two and do seals, belts and prob evem the lifters...
