The Bitzi stuff should be fine. A minor issue is that they're not
enforced to expire after some reasonable maximum time, so in theory
you could end up with a huge amount of cached tickets - if you
request a huge amount of tickets. In practise the expiration date
is about 24 hours after the request.

The Unicode stuff is almost finished. The Configure options regarding
ICU should be removed so that everyone uses the same code. The code
itself should stay for testing purposes though. These tests are
currently broken because the lookup tables use Unicode 4.1.0 and
ICU (at least my version) still uses 4.0.0.

That said, the code can possibly be optimized and I also think
that filenames Gtk-Gnutella generates should be enforced to
UTF-8 NFC - except for Darwin which needs NFD. So there isn't
any show stopper as far as I know.
