doing change of hydraulic fluid and doing HU shimmy went great. thanks to list for help, advice and encouragement. as stated recently, this list kicks ass. thanks in particular to kevin hawkins for detailed notes. i did wonder what he was going on about concerning squeezing the clutch handle slowly or fluid would come squirting out in a stream. i thought, after all, that that was the point of the tubing and milk jug to woosh out and collect all that icky old stuff. i knew i hadn't done this before, but i thought it definitely was supposed to come squirting out in a stream. that was kinda the whole idea wasn't it? well, yup, i did deduce that kevin was referring to the top of the system and the stream squirting from the resevoir. d'oh! uh, yeah, musta meant that stream there. got it. ;^) anyway, hey guys, thanks a lot for the hand. went really well. -- jim
