Having read the questions on rebuilding front shock, I spoke to a fellow
called Peter at Promecha Racing, in Victoria, Australia. He modifies and
revalves shocks, and uses Race Tech products from USA. MAXIMUM price for
rebuild would be $200AUD = $100 USD. Obvioulsly there would be postage on
top of that. If anyone is interested, they can contact him on
[EMAIL PROTECTED] . He hasn't done a GTS..there are only about 10 in
Oz.
However, we are quite good with bikes in Oz......we win a few races, and
consider ourselves quite competent at most things, including running Olympic
Games:}.
Also, FYI, 4 braided stainless steel street legal braided brake lines for
GTS, with a lifetime guarantee are made here by John Stamnas
[EMAIL PROTECTED] for $450AUD = $225USD, in carbon, red, blue, yellow
purple and clear, with the brake line ends in zinc, chrome, stainless steel
and alloy. Cheapest is $160 USD.
Maybe of interest???
Regards,
Rob Chapman
