Have you guys heard of the Doc Wong Clinic?
There's one coming up this Sunday.
It consists of a one hour discussion, based on Keith Code's teachings
followed by a group ride. More info here:

It would be cool to see some more GTS's out there if you can make it.
Here's some comments I posted to the sportbikes.net message board after last
months ride:
I went on the Doc Wong ride on Sunday. All in all it was a pretty good time.
The topic was steering input. Didn't really learn anything new. But I guess
it never hurts to think about/practice a particular aspect of riding.
The group ride was pretty fun. Of course you know the weather on Sunday was
just perfect. There was about 50-60 riders. Broken up into 7 groups 7-10
riders per group. The pace was resonably fast in the twisties. Probably even
a bit faster than I would have been riding on my own(at least on the roads
that were of low quality pavement-wise), since it was my first time on many
of the roads we took. So, it was nice to have someone familiar with the
roads set the pace. The leaders held back a bit in the straights to let the
slower riders catch up. Though everyone seemed to be flyin during the
portion of the ride down PCH. I think the whole ride was near 100 miles.
Someone said the latest turn count on their route is over 1000. One nice
thing, when the cage drivers see 10 bikes crawling up their a$$, they get
out of the way alot quicker than if you were just you.
