the biggest problem for some of us, is that you can't see anything but your
shoulders or elbows. Not very efficient for seeing behind you--which I,
among others, like to be able to do. That was some of the biggest drawbacks
to the bike for me, and probably one reason why I delayed in purchasing it
for such a long time--not to mention the original price.
I guess up there in Canada, there is so little following traffic, that you
don't need to see what's going on to the rear, but that is certainly not the
case here in the DC area, where traffic density is second only to that of
LA!!!
