I'm sorry Dave, but based on what you've said DS number can not be issued to
you.
You have to either
do burnouts, pull wheelies and stoppies daily in heavy traffic
OR
ride in t-shirt and flip flops AT LEAST once a week (preferably every day)
OR
have track tires on your street bike (bonus points for removed centerstand)
