Henry, bike is stock, I weigh 180, 5'10", clearview +5, stock sprockets with
Givi bags and we cruise about 75 to 80 on the interstate. of course MPG
goes to hell when we hit the twisties.
One buddie has a ST1100 (50-51mpg) other has a BMW K1200RS (48-49mpg)
What I like the best is I use 87, the ST runs 89 and the bimmer
needs PREMIUM!!$$$$
Just to keep this thread going, we are going to Colorado this summer and
I am going to check the MPG using all three grades of gas. Just something
to do while crossing Kansas, I'll let you all know if it makes any difference.
You didn't say how fast you run...
