Hey Fred

You get only admiration from me. I feel nothing but embarrassment when I try
my pathetic attempts at French and German, let alone Dutch.

We English in particular are lazy when it comes to learning languages. For
us it is difficult, in as much as it's hard to know which one to learn. On
the continent, as I understand it, most people choose English as a second
language, whilst we here have to choose a different one for wherever we are
going!

I do try, honestly. Anyhow mate, keep posting !
