Hi Tom , i've only changed the front sprocket , as the back sprocket doesn't
show much ware so far , you'll probably only need to change the front .
Although they do say it's better to change sprockets both at the same time.
Did the sound you were hearing point to the sprockets ?
How did you get on with running the bike on the main stand ?
