Check your chain has all it's rollers.
Rear brake pads low ?
Rear sprocket nut / nuts coming undone ?
Front sprocket nut loose ?
Front sprocket worn out ( hooked teeth ) ?
Sprocket carrier bearing u/s ?

Try putting bike on main stand , start engine , pull in clutch , put in
first gear , let the clutch out , see if you can track down the noise .
Hold front brake when putting into gear , ensure the rear wheel is clear of
the ground .
Stay clear of rotating wheel .

I know it's stating the obvious above but i don't want to have someone hurt
them selves or their bike .
