If I remember correctly, one of the problems with the ScottOiler was how
that line is run and that it didn't go to the bottom of the reservoir.
Actually Kevin is right...use the bottle that I ship with it. It is good
for over 1000 miles and easy to mount just about anywhere. One of the other
problems I had with the remote ScottOiler reservoir mounted under the
license plate is that it is not very well sealed and had a tendency to pick
up a lot of road dirt, and water when riding in the rain, which would
collect in the bottom of the reservoir. It it would turn the oil a milky
gooey dirty mess over time....use my bottle. Enough dirt in the oil and you
risk it hanging up a check valve in the pump, even with it's high tolerance
to dirt.
