Go back to the screws and set them mid way ( about 2 turns out from fully
turned in ) then use the butterfly screws to sync the throttle flaps , as
Jeff said sync 1&2 then 3&4 then sync them together.

To check the calibration use just one cylinder , plug on one of the gauges
and take a reading , then without stopping the engine pull the gauge off and
plug on the next one , from this you should be able to see how far out the
gauges are .

>BTW it took for ever to land the 6mm ports .
could you explain your meaning of the word "land"
