How amusing.
Please forgive me, as the topic in itself is not humorous, but the
writer has
taken great liberty to make a 'profound' statement.
Usually we would use the statement to indicate a great deal of time, as
in:
"For the 12th straight year..."
It can only become a 'straight' after one time. 2nd straight
year....sigh.....
Please.....thats like saying 'twice' is 'many times' or 'frequent'. But
then,
he got our attention, didn't he... ;^)
Next up: "A disturbing 'trend' in motorcycle...blah, blah, blah...."
