George, let's be fair.  Let's get all the CAR drivers off the road, unless
the weather is severely inclement.  If you look at the actuarial tables
you'll find (surprise, surprise) that men are worse drivers than the "fair"
sex.  Of course, I'd bet there are more male drivers, but what did you
expect from tainted statistics!
