For 3 season gloves, I've got one answer:
Held
They make really good, (really expensive) gloves. Why get Helds:
fit (they have numbered sizes in .5 size increments, not
just S-M-L, so you can get gloves that really fit)
quality (terrific, I've got one pair that's ~4+ years, and ~30K miles
old, and they are just beginning to show some loose threads)
dyes (they don't bleed. in a heavy rain, they won't turn your
hands different colors.)
You can fax Helimot (http://www.helimot.com) the US importer an outline of your
hands, and they'll tell you the exact size, as well as local dealers.
Sure, they are expensive, but over time (and if you ever crash), they are
worthwhile.
