I wrote only for myself, it would be supremely presumptuous for me to
pretend to write on behalf of this newslist. But I wrote instead of
calling because my letter would be on legal letterhead, rather than me
trying to work my profession into a conversation and sounding like a
jerk. And I figured letting him know I was a lawyer quietly would
minimize the doubletalk and runaround that others like you have been
getting. Lastly, I am hoping that my letter will be met with a written
response, and if it is good I can make it available to everyone to cut
down on all the BS.
Yes, Walt, I play a lot of UT. I am hopelessly addicted to shooting
games. When I want to hire a hitman to take out some scummy attorney
that is making me insane, instead I play Quake and get those aggressions
out of my system. Computer games, motorcycling, mountain biking, all
diversions to help me deal with the stresses of my job.
