Letters written to the proper people (the president of the company) always
get responded to, usually in the written form, but sometimes by calls or
even e-mail (shocking to think about it!) if available.
When I need help or am pissed off by a company's actions I send a letter to
the president. Writing to anybody else in the organization is a waste of
time.
