I can put it up on my webpage, it's not 100% stable, but it's up 99% of the
time.

Keep in mind my WWW server is experimental, and I am learning HTML on it so
it's not pretty (http://titania.2y.net) but it works, and it'll be good for
most people to snag that file from. I could also put it on an FTP. People
with dialups could stay connected all night long and download it.
