Oh man...Slow Riding a TRIALS bike with a seat

I have a '99 Beta Alp (http://wwwusers.imaginet.fr/~pduffau/beta99.html
The photo shows the seat installed, and the tail carrier) that has a
removeable seat for trial riding and a carrier behind the seat, and two
pairs of foot pegs (I've stripped off the second set of footpegs and the
lighting package and just recently re-installed the carrier. I have
never installed the trail seat and just ride excercising my quads all
the time.

It cost new in Canada US$3,300. It is a lot cheaper than the full blown
trials competition bikes. The 250 2-stroke watercooled motorbike is at
least 30-35 lbs lighter than any of the dirt bikes, well under 200lbs.

Trials is a blast for us old duffers that have to work the next day.

http://www.betamotor.com/media/products/alp/alp01fs.html this current
one is a 4-stroke and more Trail, than dirt or trials
