All of those bikes are solid rides.  Personally I would purchase the XR,
it has one of the most bullet proof engines on any dirt bike.  Here in
the states we don't get the KLX250R we get a KLX300R and it is a
watercooled machine, doesn't overheat in the type of riding I do but I
don't follow cattle either.  The TT250R is a nice bike, as is the DRZ
both seem to be holding up well.  I have never ridden either bike, but
from what I have seen the DRZ seems to be more "hard core" than the TT.

P.S.  Have you considered the WR250?  Not good for following cattle, but
alot of fun when you aren't at a walking pace.
