Huh ??  Henry, I think you are talking about Amsoil bypass filters, not the
regular
full-flow filters.  The full flow have pleats.

The two filters you mention are the SDF-13 and SDF-20, and the 20 is the
longer one.
The 20 is a common Honda size, the 13 is uncommon, used on the Ford Probe
and Infiniti Q45
among others.

Why there are over 100 sizes of popular filters is beyond me.  I like the
approach of
Chevy 90 degree V6/V8, in which there are only 2-3 sizes, and all are
interchangable.
Only the LENGTH changes (just to please Kevin I am sure).

AMSOIL filters do not have pleats.  They use a material that is like cotton
balls stuffed into the canister.  Also there are 2 AMSOIL filters that will
fit.  One is longer than the other.  I believe the on I am using is the
shorter of the 2, but still longer than the stock one.
