I'm surprised nobody's mention the Collett 900 Mhz Communicator. Maybe
they are out of business. ;^)
Ok, I just checked. They are still in business. In fact, they're having
a sale!! A 900 plus, (regular radio AND passenger intercom combo), for
$189 US.

I have the regular radio, as does my friend who rides a 94. They work
great but as with most radio's, wind at high speeds, 80+, tend to render
them pretty useless. I see this as more of a problem with the wind,
helmet, VOX settings, etc, than with the radio's themselves. They are
good for up to a mile or more, (tried it out, pretty close!), we paid a
bit more for them 2 years ago. Great warranty too.
Just 2 cents worth. (All I got....;^( )
