Right, I think it was overboost.com that did a test on these 'blue' bulbs,
they were so bad that one example even put out 50% of the light of a normal
H4 bulb.

They used a lightmeter and tried it in a car at different distances. Very
interesting reading.

It was mainly aimed at the 'riceboys' with their lowered Acuras with
coffee-can exhaust, they love the blue lights, so the test was done to see
if they really put out "85watts through a 55watt bulb" as they claim.
