Walt:

I don't think it was me. I'm running Amsoil synthetic 20w50.  As far as I
know I have no oil consumption problems, but on the other hand I don't do
all that much cruising much above 80.  The traffic in this area is 2nd only
to LA and all to often you're doing well if you can average 30-40 on our
Beltway (circumferential interstate around DC).  I do like the synthetic
because I only change it once per year, though I usually change the filter
twice!
