I don't know if it will run under 2000 or ME.  I am using Win98.   Price
range is going to be less than $1600 if possible, $1800 being the limit.
 A network card is required.  Type of mouse..... I don't know much about
the different options available to me.  When I am going to be running
netscape I probably will have it connected to an external mouse (also to
the big screen TV.)  I don't see a need for a large screen, 14" should
be fine.  Most of the time I will have power available to run the unit,
however I do need to be able to run it off of a car battery (12VDC).
