If I am not mistaken, only once did it re-ploy (opposite of de-ploy), when I took the weight off it. Perhaps it was malfunctioning? What was weird was the way it looked from the front when it was deployed--like it had a seriously broken leg!! Regards, Henry S. Winokur West Bethesda, MD
