I did not know anyone still offered the 130/60. they don't in France. I have
been using the 120/70 for 3 years and no problems.

If you're talking about the change from 130/60 to a 120/70 front tire, no.
This change is a "no brainer" from a performance, rim compatibility, and
availability standpoint. Realistically, if you overcook the static friction
available to the 120/70 the ABS will bail you out as long as your are not
leaned over. I've done a couple of trackdays, including one in the rain,
with the GTS on the 120/70 and it will handle everything you can throw at
it....assuming you've bought an appropriate compound.

I've some doubts about this question.
Has anybody felt less braking capacity in extreme braking situations, after
reducing front tire?

Rear tire+handling.
When it's said there's same/less handling, I think It should be referred
the more useful riding situation. I mean, is this lost of handling felt
doing highway ride or twisty mountain roads, both or none?
