There must be some support for your program @ the state level. Here in Florida the money goes to the general fund so if you don't spend it, Florida "makes" it. Therefore, although available, they make it complicated and circuitous to obtain the ERC training--not impossible, just difficult. Administrated by someone with no passion for the program and something she's probably told to do only in her spare time, well, I hope we can keep it going... FL Kev
