Well, this is as good a chance to raise the issue as any to report on my purchase plans. Yes, the FJR is VERY attractive to me, and yes, I'm sure there is one in my future now that it's coming stateside. But not this year.
Good news/bad news........ No, the FJR won't happen right now (bad news), but the reason why (good news) is that I've been awarded a Fulbright scholarship to go work in Morocco next year. Seems like the wrong time to buy a new bike. No, I don't want to buy it anc ship it over, if I get a vehicle there I'll buy something used after I arrive. That's possible. Lots of details still not clear, but yes, I'm working on learning new languages (French and Moroccan Arabic). And with that, I need to shut down the 'puter and go to my French class........ Phil P.S.
