Hi Bob , i removed the whole airbox ( i cable tied the air sensor that was
in the airbox to the throttle bodies ).
The catalytic converter is removed , the down pipes and collector box come
as one piece ( their is an EXUP valve in the collector box ) i removed the
valve and welded a plate over the hole , i cut the lambda sensor "thread"
off the old collector box and rewelded it on to the new one , i had to alter
the outlet from the collector box to the end can , to get the can /box to
line up .
As far as i can remember the downpipes / box were off a Thunder Ace , but
they may have been off an FZR 1000 exup .
I'll need to replace the downpipes / box soon , as they've been on my GTS
for about 4 years and are now rusted out quite badly , when i get the
replacement i'll let the list know which it was.
