Yes, but if it is a Mad Max machine, then there are a few hidden guns, a
hand grenade, a booby-trapped gas tank and a mean dog hidden in the glove
compartment.

Instead of spending $13K on the FJR, spend $6K on full mods to the ol' GTS
and scare people with a heavy OLDer bike. :)

Mine dynoed at 137HP at the rear wheel. Not too shabby, but keep in mind
that HP is bullsh*t and torque is what matters. My HP was at 13Krpm, I am
*never* up that high, about as high as I've ever gone while riding is
8-9Krpm, and not in highest gear (yet).

Hey Rick, I talked to Donovan yesterday, he said that your GTS is really a
Mad Max critter right now, rearviews clamped to the frame, headlight held in
by inertia.... :) WHat's the word on theplastics?

Though I'm thinking I'll still be a bit short on power compared
to the Barooninator's FZR powered GTS.
What did that thing dyno at?
The weight savings might make me competitive though.

Turbo anyone?
