I've got a problem, hopefully someone can help. I just installed the Zeigler SS brake lines & bled them out. The back's fine but I can't seem to get the front air free. Of course I removed the front caliper & rotated it so bleeder was up. Got a bunch of air out. Pushed two resevoir's full of fluid through after I got the last bubbles. Put the caliper back on & have VERY mushy brakes. I can pump it up but the first grab goes all the way to the grip. I've cycled the ABS through it's test thinking that I might have air trapped in it. It works fine.
I'll let it sit over night & try again tomorrow in case some little bubbles will float out. What I'm afraid of is that there is air in one of the lines going to or coming from the ABS. If so, can I push this out by pumping more fluid through or do I need to prefill the lines? Any help greatly appreciated. Bill
