Thanks again Sandy. I feel bad for Dave because Murphy's law always seems to prevail when you have BIG plans. Glad to hear that he's going to continue regardless though.
It's funny that you wrote about snow, because I went on a little 1600 km jaunt this weekend and also hit snow in South Western Alberta. Quite a fair bit actually and possibly where Dave is, or was. GWN Daren PS. We knew the weather was getting worse when we saw a snow plow coming down the highway towards us with snow still stuck on the blade. "Ah what the hell, we've got electrics, no problem!" We only had to ride for about 1/2 an hour in the tire ruts left from cars. Pulled onto the shoulder to take advantage of the Kodak moment and had a hard time getting going again. Wasn't icy, just slushy. I have pics if anyone would like to post them for all to see.
