My rationale has been: I am allowed by law to treat a malfunctioning traffic light as a four-way stop. I looked it up. :-) I operate a legal, licensed vehicle, approved for use on our roadways. The GTS. IF The GTS, being a legal, licensed vehicle, does not activate a traffic light trigger, THEN The traffic light is malfunctioning. THEREFORE It is a four-way stop. I stop. Wait for a safe moment, proceed through with caution.
